Officers at the Central Detective Unit on Grand Bahama Island are continuing their investigations into the recovery of a pistol in the Eight Mile Rock area yesterday morning, Monday 18th June, 2012. At 9:50 am on the aforementioned date, officers from the Eight Mile Rock Division were conducting enquiries just off Bayshore Road in the Bartlett Hill community when they discovered a 9mm pistol with an empty magazine.
