NASSAU, Bahamas --  Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do. - Potter Stewart

What exactly makes a decision ethical? The challenge with ethics is that what may seem morally right (or ethical) to one person may seem appalling to another.

With the rapid access to information, barely a day goes by without the often-surprising disclosure of an individual or organization involved in issue of unethical behavior. In many respects, it has become the norm to hear about ethical failures in workplaces everywhere. Whether big corporations or small business enterprises the issue of unethical behavior is a major challenge.

As such, effective organizations understand the need to define an ethical framework in the workplace that encourages adherence to ethical principles.  For just $99.00 (members) and $129.00 (non-members) per person, Michelle Miller will walk participants through this dynamic training.

This informative session will be held in the main boardroom at The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday May 16th, 2012 at 9:00am - 1:00pm.
