FREEPORT, Grand Bahama -- UNEXSO hosted their annual Spring Fashion Show this past Saturday evening and the response was incredible. More than 250 people attended the event which also sponsored the Humane Society of Grand Bahama through raffle sales.
Women, men and children strutted their stuff down the poolside runway Saturday night. The show featured women’s, men’s and children’s apparel and swimwear. The latest fashions were all available for the crowd to see.
“We feel like we get a great crowd every year at our fashion shows because we provide a variety of models. UNEXSO has such a variety of things to offer to everyone that we feel it is important to have models of all ages and sizes,” commented Nikki Waugh, Retail Manager at UNEXSO.
One of the highlights of the evening were adopted dogs from the Humane Society of Grand Bahama with their owners. Owners were able to show guests the beautiful potcakes that can be adopted at the HSGB.
Following the event were raffles in which several business donated, including Red Beard’s Pub, Taino by the Sea, Dive In Marina Bar & Restaurant, Pelican Bay, Bellevue Business Depot, Municipal Motors, Freeport Animal Care, Fortune Hills Golf Club and Esthetics Day Spa.
One hundred percent of the raffle sales and a portion of the stores sales that evening were given to the Humane Society of Grand Bahama.
