Youth poetry winner receives certificate

NASSAU, Bahamas -- Sir William Allen, Deputy to the Governor General, presents a certificate to Deoliver Gibson from St. Cecilia Primary School, winner in the Youth Poetry Division (The Lion), during the Commonwealth Writers Association of the Bahamas' Fifth Annual writing Awards Ceremony, Monday, November 8 at Government House.
